Our Methodology: A 5-Phase Approach

Kick-off Meeting

To understand your context and objectives, define the skills to be evaluated, and build our collaboration (define communications, retro-planning, and operating mode).

Communication and Evaluation

Develop communication with the assessee, send evaluation questionnaires (personality, psychometric, cognitive-behavioral).

Assessment Center Day

We organize this day at our premises with the support of two assessor consultants. This day includes the pre-defined tools according to the mission (situational exercises, role-plays, structured interviews, and competency/motivation-oriented interviews).

Debriefing

Report back to your operational management or HR department with a written report.

Feedback and Development Plan

Individual feedback to the participant with a learning experience perspective. Discussion based on their personal development plan.
