Phases

Preliminary Phase

A first meeting is scheduled to explain the process, discuss your expectations and motivations, and introduce our working methods and the structure of the program.
This session is free of charge and without obligation.

02
Exploration Phase

The assessment takes place over four 90-minute coaching sessions.
Various tests and analysis tools are completed between sessions so that coaching time is fully dedicated to project development and in-depth reflection.

03
Conclusion Phase

This final phase helps validate the feasibility of your career path and the professional projects discussed throughout the program.
If necessary, a training plan can be developed with the coach.
A follow-up meeting is scheduled six months later to review progress and implementation of your career transition plan.
