Preparation and delivery of communications to the candidate, followed by personality, psychometric, and cognitive-behavioral assessments.

Assessment Center Day

Held at our offices and led by two certified assessors. This day includes the pre-agreed tools: role plays, case studies, structured interviews, and motivation/skills-based interviews.

Debriefing

Feedback session with your operational team or HR department, including a comprehensive written report.

Feedback and Development Plan

Individual feedback for the participant, focused on a learning experience. This includes a discussion based on their personalized development plan.
