With almost 20 years’ experience in human resources, in 2021 I embraced the world of entrepreneurship. This reflects my values, my passion for HR and my constant desire to innovate while creating dynamic, stimulating professional environments imbued with unrivalled expertise. I’m always testing everything, because I’m more of an influencer than an influencer, but I like to think that this makes me more human and more connected to others!

I’ve been working in the recruitment sector in Luxembourg for almost ten years – it’s a real passion of mine! What sets me apart is my total dedication and passion for this field. I constantly strive to provide a high-quality, personalised service to each and every one of my clients and candidates. This same passion is reflected in my personal life, where I love decorating and redecorating our home, much to the delight of my family.

I’m mainly involved in creative sourcing and candidate assessment. My main skill is actively listening to our candidates and understanding our clients’ needs. Curious by nature, always looking to learn and grow, I particularly enjoy doing in-depth research and discovering new and innovative methods.

Outside work, I have a passion for cooking. I love sharing my creations and giving pleasure to those close to me.

My ambition is simple: to share my experience, advice and tried-and-tested tools to improve professional experience and performance. As a consultant and coach, I have helped to develop individuals and teams.

With my colleagues, we have developed projects to meet our customers’ challenges. Personally, my key ingredients are good coffee and laughter.

As Community Manager, I run our social networks, engage our community and develop content strategies to attract the best talent. My main skill is listening carefully, which is essential for understanding and meeting the needs of candidates and customers. A little anecdote: I’m addicted to a well-chilled Coke Zero in a can, which is essential for getting my day off to a good start (and end)!

My job as a recruiter gives me the opportunity to work internationally in all sectors of activity, while at the same time being in contact with candidates from all over the world. My aim is to make their dream job a reality, while actively meeting the needs of my clients, who repay me on a daily basis!
