Our Skills and Career Guidance Assessments

This analysis is conducted with a view towards professional development or mobility, in transparency with the company. The initiative can be taken by the employee who wishes to review their skills, analyze their aptitudes and motivations, with the aim of defining a professional project.

The Phases
of the Assessment

Preliminary Phase

An initial meeting allows us to present the approach, review your expectations and motivations. It is also an opportunity to present our working methods and the steps of the skills assessment process. This interview is, of course, free and without obligation.

Investigation Phase

The skills assessment takes place over four 90-minute coaching sessions. Various tests and analysis tools are completed between sessions. This way, the session time is entirely dedicated to coaching and analyzing your project.

03
Conclusion Phase

This third phase validates the feasibility of the orientation hypotheses and projects you have validated during the process. If necessary, a training plan can be developed with the consultant. A follow-up meeting is scheduled six months after the end of the skills assessment to review the progress of the development project.
